25 DAYS FOR EPILEPSY – LEARN AND SHARE

A key part of our “25 Days for Epilepsy” Campaign, is to research, share and spread the word around ways in which, an overall physical and mental wellbeing positively impact people who live with epilepsy.  In order to do so, we will post daily on all our social media channels – you can follow us by clicking on either one of the logos below.  As you follow up share your own reflections, comments, pics and videos about your own journey through a more active lifestyle. This way we grow together in our understanding on how life choices, around physical activity and mental health, may help everyone feel better and build an improved Quality of Life.
