BRAIN HEALTH CHAMPIONS
An integral part of our “25 days for epilepsy” campaign is to gather champions for our cause. Between May 1 and May 31, set up a leaders’ board, so that everyone who belongs to our community and follows us, can see the progress our champions make during the month-long campaign.
The focus of our campaign in 2023 will be brain health. Our motto is
“TELL 5 – TAKE 5”. Tell at least 5 people, in your family, at schools, community or at work about epilepsy. Five things they would not know or never wondered about. Then ask 5 people to give you donations in support of the epilepsy cause and the EEA mission, through our Birdies Campaign.

WHAT DO OUR CHAMPIONS DO?
This year we focus on spreading awareness about epilepsy, sharing information about the brain and brain health.
- Your job as a champion is to tell at least 5 people (TELL 5) about epilepsy, seizures, the brain and brain health, and a bit about the EEA.
- Once you talk to at least five people you ask for their support and take at least 5 donations (TAKE 5) through the Birdies for Kids campaign (online form or pdf).
You keep us informed about your progress (how many people you connected with and how many donations you raised) and we tally your progress on this page, until June 24, 2023.
CELEBRATE TOGETHER AT THE PARK
All our champions will receive a free ticket for our “Saturday at the Park” celebration, on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at Rundle Park in Edmonton. If you wish to invite others to join share this link to register.
