SESSION DESCRIPTION

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) “... is a powerful holistic healing technique that resolves a range of issues. It’s based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology.” TheTappingsolution.com.  “Since the turn of the century, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) has come into widespread use in medical and psychological treatment settings. It is also used as self-help by tens of millions of people each year.” Dawson Church, Peta Stapleton , Anitha Vasudevan and Tom O’Keefe.

OUTCOMES FOR THE SESSION

Participants will learn firsthand how to use tapping as a stress reliever. And then how to apply it to other issues they may be having. Participants may also experience a shift in their stress level, tension in the muscles or just a sense of well being, as they tap along.

WHO IS IT FOR?

EFT is simple, easy to use anywhere and can be of benefit for all ages. It has found favour from the youngest to the oldest, since it helps us maneuver from high stress to low stress.  These sessions are being offered to EEA members in good standing (click here to become a member).

HOW WILL THE SESSIONS RUN?

The first two sessions will be offered, in person, in March 2023, to EEA  members in good standing. Cost to register is $10.00 (non-refundable). Only 10 spots per session. The session presenter and guide will be Shayda Nanji. Watch her overview presentation on this page.  Safety protocols will be followed (participants will be asked to wear masks during the session). A confidentiality form will be required to be signed at the session.  Participants will leave with their own handouts about the session.

We will be reviewing and scheduling future sessions based on requests from members. Inquire by calling the EEA office at 780-488-9600.

Based on the interest to the session the EEA will book more sessions after March 27, 2023. For more information contact us.
