BECOME AN EEA 25 DAYS FUNDRAISER CHAMPION – REGISTRATION FORM

Register here so we can track your progress as a Fundraiser Champion of the EEA “25 days for epilepsy” campaign, between June 1 and June 25, 2022.

By giving us your information we place your name on our Challenge Board Page, and as you collect pledges from people in your network and community, along with family and friends, we update how much money you collected in pledges.

As long as you collect at $35 from one of your members in the community (someone who pledges under your name) we will contact you to get your free purple shirt for our campaign.

We will only place your first name and initial of your last name, along with your words of why you want to raise funds for our cause, to create awareness and support the epilepsy community we serve.
