This page contains resources and tools for the Tablet Lending Program. Use the information in this page to browse videos, access direct links and learn how to use your EEA Tablet. The video resources that appear on this page are also included in the DVD you will have received along with your tablet and the supporting hardware. You can watch the segments from this page or use the DVD.

This chapter of the video training introduces you to the tablet, the component of its hardware and the program as a whole. Training objectives of the program are also included in this section. This video chapter is 3 minutes and 18 seconds long.
02. TABLET QUICK TOUR
Chapter of the video training shows you all the parts and components of the tablet. This video chapter is 1 minute and 22 seconds long.
03. CHARGING AND BATTERY
This chapter of the video training explains the importance of charging the tablet, how to use the adapter for charging the tablet. You will learn how to see if the tablet is charging, how to see the battery status and how to recharge the tablet when needed. This video chapter is 7 minutes and 37 seconds long.
04. TURNING ON THE TABLET
This chapter of the video training shows you how to start the tablet, how to see when the tablet is on and how to start the tablet . This video chapter is 2 minutes and 3 seconds long.
05. WINDOWS 10 SIGN IN
This chapter of the video training shows you how to sign in to initiate the tablet as well as signing out. It shows you how many accounts have been set up on the tablet and which account you should use regularly. Learn how to use the User1 account. The passwords are provided in the QuickStart User Guide. 06. SHUTTING DOWN THE TABLET
This chapter of the video training shows you how to shut down properly the tablet. This video chapter is 1 minutes and 08 seconds long.
07. WI-FI CONNECTING TO THE INTERNET
This chapter of the video training shows you how to connect the tablet to WIFI to make the most use of the device. Remember that access to WIFI is NOT included in the lending program. This video chapter is 2 minutes and 26 seconds long.

This chapter of the training explains how to use a printer, should you have access to a printer through the same WIFI you use to connect the tablet. This video chapter is 3 minutes and 17 seconds long.
10. TABLET CARE
This chapter of the training explains about Windows updates, which happen automatically or upon request. It is important you allow the updates to be installed on a regular basis. The training also speaks to the physical care of the tablet and to ensure you keep it in a safe, cool place. Remember the tablet will break if dropped. Use the placement tool we provided you to use the tablet.

This chapter of the training provides an introduction to web browsers. You will understand what browsers are and how they work to let users navigate the web. This video chapter is 1 minutes and 29 seconds long.

This chapter of the training provides an introduction to Edge as one of the major web browsers out there. This video chapter is 23 minutes and 36 seconds long.

This chapter of the training provides an introduction to Chrome, another major web browsers out there. This video chapter is 5 minutes and 26 seconds long.

This chapter of the training explains URLs – Uniform Resource Locators – or the address (location) of any web page in the world. This video chapter is 10 minutes and 22 seconds long.

24. ZOOM MEETINGS
This chapter of the training introduces you to the app called Zoom. The EEA uses this app to run almost all its webinars and online connection programs. The app is already installed on the tablet. You will learn how to set up your own account and connect. This video chapter is 22 minutes and 26 seconds long.
25. EEA ZOOM WEBINAR
This chapter of the training shows you how to connect to zoom webinars, which are one type of connection with the Zoom app. The AGM for the EEA run as a zoom webinar in 2021. This video chapter is 10 minutes and 11 seconds long.

This chapter of the training introduces you to some basic guidelines for web safety. Pay attention to this important information to avoid being scammed or getting information from unsafe sites. This video chapter is 13 minutes and 58 seconds long.
